Q: Can I return my item from outside the UK for a refund?

A: Yes, we accept returns from outside the UK. However, we are unable to give a refund on the postage costs of returns back to us.

Q: Which sizing do you use?

A: Our items are in UK sizing - we do have international sizing charts on most of our listings.

Q: How long will my item take to reach me?

A: For the UK, we use standard Royal Mail service and it usually takes 3-5 working days from placing your order. This is not a guarantee. For the US, it usually takes 7-10 working days from placing your order.
